Someone (most likely an ex girlfriend that did this months ago) made a blogspot to down on me, and try to hurt my family and I.
They are trying to say I am a scammer. They do not provide their name, nor any evidence, and can not due to this being untrue.
I will be contacting a lawyer on Monday morning to get a court order to find the responsible party and sue for defamation of character, and slander.
If anyone has any more input on this then please feel free to chime in.
Well, after struggling in Colorado, working what even the guy from dirty jobs would consider bad….getting laid off, and on… My wife got really sick,needed surgery. I was just hanging on money wise. So I got behind on rent, and lost the house .
We had no other option then to move in with my inlaws for now.
I am up for any work, and looking hard for anything I can find. Any suggestions would be great.
I appreciate the help all have provided, and am sorry that I stopped writing for a while, there were people that decided it was in good taste to write bad things about me, no proof, and very untrue accusations, but they did it none the less….
Our plan at present is this, we can only stay here a couple months. I am trying to raise enough to get a decent size rv, and then a piece of land somewhere that we can park it on.
If anyone has RV they would take payments on, I would be thrilled to sign paperwork, and pay you as I can.
If anyone would like to help us get a rv, or a piece of land to park it on, you would be helping out this family a ton.

I stopped writing for a while due to my being quite disturbed by some trolls on the net making stuff up about me.
Nothing about this whole adventure was a “scam”, I am just trying to do well for my family.
That said, the job I have now is horrible. I am going everyday, but hate it. In addition they do not pay holiday pay for the first year, and cut your hours down near the holidays, so now there are bills overdue, and I am still just making it.
I am looking for another job, still would like to get back into my field.
The landlord here, while understanding, is getting angry with us due to me not being able to afford the security deposit yet. If we get booted we are screwed.
The vehicle scenario has not improved much, the blazer is still going, but breaks on a weekly basis.
I keep trying and plugging away. If I see comments that folks are still reading this then I will post again…

Ok so woke up this morning with a phone call. I now have a full time job!!!!!!!
Wife and I are concerned though, we need to be out of here by the 25th. We have no place to move into.
I am going to see what I can do to facilitate local agencies into helping with first/last/security, and turning on utilities in a place. I do not think they will cover it all though.
I am excited about the job (not my dream job by far but hey it is INCOME!!!!) just worried about getting a place.

Some people have accused me of this being a “scam”. The people that have accused me of this will not even reveal their identity. Nor do they have proof.
I would be happy to go ahead and talk to whomever on the phone, and provide some numbers of local organizations that have known about us since the start, saw us on cnn, and nine news, and know the situation we are in firsthand.
If you were on the news, in any way, do you not think you would wind up with some immature idiots making stuff up about you? Those that are sending those posts, and feeding the trolls on the net about this are just hurting my family, not helping it at all. So stop please.

Well folks, 20 days left here…. Job hunt not going well. Looks like we will be heading somewhere else, unless something changes.
Not sure where, or how, but thats what it is looking like.

Checked on the job in Nebraska which wound up being a flop. Do not have a way to get to the New Mexico offer at present but really want to go look.

For the first time I am actually considering the welfare system, which I STILL do not want to do.
I got enough up for a cheap car, my other vehicle was screwing up.
So onto craigslist I go.
Found a awd subaru, lots of new parts, maintained etc…
I went to look at it, the people are caretakers of a baptist church. They said they were driving it 30 miles a day for work. That it used to have a overheating problem but not anymore, and that it was checked out by a mechanic.
I test drove it and bought it.
On the way home it overheated, and the transmission slipped.
I called them to have them deal with the issues in some way, I was nice at first, then they refused to deal with it.
I told them I will give them a day to come up with a fair solution or I will post the name of the church, and what they did online. I then got a threat of suit for slander, and they hung up.
So now stuck with no working vehicle….
Why is it my life really sucks…. I try to provide for my family and I get this thrown at me.
Now I am in deep…. I have been trying to get another job, and go to check out the New Mexico, and Nebraska jobs.
Now my truck, and car both are having problems, and I am running out of funds fast.
I am out trying to get one or the other fixed today. Will let you all know how it goes.
